User Friendliness
The intuitive M1 Basic control system makes the S45 easy to operate and adjust, minimizing downtime. RAS remote access ensures quick troubleshooting and maintenance. With a working width of 45 cm (17 ¾”), fold roller diameter of 32 mm (1 ¼”), shortest folding length of 25 mm and compatibility with peripherals like a belt press, labelling unit, or parallel knife folding unit, the S45 is versatile. Instead of the standard S45 cross fold unit it is also possible to choose the M7.32 Out unit with 2, 4 or 6 buckle plates. Integration with the F45 feeder allows the production of sheets as small as 105 x 105 mm with the small size device

Ease of Setup
The S45 is easy to configure, with eight buckle plates in the first folding unit adjustable without removal and a mobile second folding unit with four buckle plates. The sliding transfer unit provides ergonomic access to slitter shafts and easy side-lay alignment, reducing setup time. Its 1.4 m (55”) alignment table ensures precise sheet positioning, and the vertical stacker delivery with marking function enhances convenience.
